The other four ingredients, briefly

Coenzyme Q10 is a mitochondrial cofactor with a substantial research base of its own, most often studied in cardiovascular contexts, and plays a general role in cellular energy production. L-Carnitine is involved in transporting fatty acids into mitochondria for energy metabolism; worth noting, the label lists plain L-Carnitine rather than acetyl-L-carnitine, the related compound that shows up more often in nerve-focused research specifically. The turmeric extract's standardization to 95% curcuminoids is a real, meaningful specification, but curcumin's well-documented weakness is poor natural absorption — bioavailability improves substantially when it's paired with a compound like black pepper extract, which isn't listed as present here.
